This session is designed to support deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation through an approach rooted in Reiki, focused presence, and guided somatic awareness.
The focus is on creating the conditions that allow the body and mind to shift out of chronic tension and into a state of rest, recovery, and internal balance.
The main purpose of the session is to offer a safe and supportive space in which the nervous system can settle, allowing the body to exit states of constant alertness and overstimulation and move toward calm, restoration, and regeneration.
Purpose of the Session
Persistent stress, emotional strain, and unresolved tension often manifest physically through tightness, fatigue, restlessness, or difficulty settling into rest. Over time, these states can keep the nervous system locked in stress-based reactions.
This session supports:
· relaxation of the nervous system
· reduction of accumulated emotional and physical tension
· improved body awareness and internal calm
· a sense of grounding, stability, and restoration
By supporting nervous system regulation, the body is given the opportunity to move out of automatic stress responses and reconnect with its natural capacity for balance.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy-based practice that involves connecting to universal life energy and directing it with intention. It supports the body’s natural processes of balance and self-regulation.
During a Reiki session, there is nothing you need to do. You remain conscious and present, while your body receives exactly what it needs in that moment, at its own pace.
How Reiki supports the nervous system
Through focused attention and an intention oriented toward relaxation and balance, Reiki helps the body exit states of hypervigilance and overload.
The effects may be experienced as:
· calming of agitation or restlessness
· easing of emotional and physical tension
· increased sense of calm and inner stability
· improved capacity to relax and settle

How the session unfolds
The session takes place online and lasts approximately 40 minutes.
You will sit or lie down comfortably in a quiet space. I will guide the process through presence and focused attention, using Reiki to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
