This session is part of a structured therapeutic process designed to explore, understand, and integrate emotional experiences that continue to influence your present life.
Emotional responses, recurring patterns, and internal blocks often originate in earlier life experiences — including childhood environments, significant relationships, or emotionally impactful events. When these experiences remain unprocessed, they may shape present-day reactions, self-perception, and behavior outside of conscious awareness.
This work supports emotional awareness, resolution, and adaptive change through a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
Therapeutic Approach
My work integrates the following modalities:
· hypnotherapy
· regression-based techniques
· trauma-informed awareness
· mindfulness-based principles
These methods are used to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and insight, always guided by your individual capacity and readiness.
The focus is not on reliving the past, but on understanding how past experiences continue to operate in the present — and gently creating space for change.
How the Session Unfolds
At the beginning of the session, we take time to clarify the specific theme or challenge you would like to focus on. Together, we establish a clear intention that guides the therapeutic process.
You will then sit or lie down in a comfortable position while I guide you into a deeply relaxed and focused state. This state allows access to subconscious material while maintaining awareness, safety, and a sense of control.
During the session, you may notice sensations such as:
· deep relaxation
· warmth or coolness
· subtle bodily sensations
· emotional shifts
These responses are natural and vary from person to person.
Emotional Awareness & Integration
As awareness deepens, unprocessed emotions or memories may surface. This is a normal and constructive part of the integration process.
When emotions that have been suppressed or avoided are safely acknowledged, internal tension often decreases and clarity increases. The process is paced carefully to support stability, self-regulation, and emotional safety.
You may gain insight into:
· how specific emotional patterns were formed
· what continues to sustain them
· how they influence present-day responses
This understanding allows for conscious reframing, emotional release, and a more grounded relationship with past experiences.
Therapeutic Effects
The session works through guided awareness, focused attention, and therapeutic imagery to support internal shifts.
Clients often report:

Closing the Session
At the end of the session, we take time to reflect on your experience, address any questions, and discuss possible next steps if you wish to continue.
Sessions last one hour and are offered online via Zoom.
