About Marian Georgescu

Certified Regression Therapist & Hypnotherapist
My work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and a deep understanding of emotional complexity.
Before becoming a therapist, I lived for many years with persistent fear, emotional tension, and a nervous system shaped by prolonged stress. I grew up in a highly controlling and emotionally intense environment, where vigilance, mistrust, and emotional suppression became adaptive responses to circumstances perceived as unstable and unsafe.
Over time, anxiety, constant alertness, and emotional withdrawal became part of my everyday life. Social interactions were difficult, and speaking in front of others generated significant tension. My inner world was organized more around staying alert and prepared than around a sense of safety.
This experience was not overcome through positive thinking or force. It required a careful, gradual process based on awareness, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.
A Turning Point
In adulthood, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
This moment marked an important shift: I had to begin listening more closely to my body, my stress responses, and my inner emotional state. I started exploring approaches that emphasized regulation, awareness, and integration rather than suppression or avoidance.
Over time, I trained in hypnotherapy, regression techniques, trauma-focused work, and complementary practices. In parallel, I made lifestyle changes and incorporated meditation and consistent self-observation.
The change did not mean the complete disappearance of difficulties, but rather a different relationship with them.
I came to understand that many emotional and physiological patterns are adaptations of the nervous system to earlier life conditions, and that transformation occurs not through force, but through understanding, safety, and gradual integration.
How This Shapes My Work
My approach is calm, structured, and person-centered.
I create a stable space where clarity, emotional processing, and inner transformation can unfold at a pace adapted to each person’s capacity.
My work integrates:
· certified hypnotherapy
· regression-based emotional processing
· trauma-informed awareness
· mindfulness-based principles
· complementary somatic support
Although I draw from multiple disciplines, the focus remains practical and applied: understanding how past experiences influence present reactions and how these patterns can become more flexible over time.
What I Support Clients With
Many of the people I work with explore themes such as:
· unresolved emotional experiences
· persistent fear, guilt, or inner tension
· difficult family relationships
· recurring relational patterns
· grief or unresolved attachment after loss
In most cases, these reactions emerged as adaptive responses. Over time, however, they can limit emotional freedom, choice, and self-trust.
In sessions, I support:
· identifying emotional and cognitive patterns
· reducing automatic reactions
· processing emotions in a safe and gradual way
· developing healthy emotional boundaries
· reducing internal tension and inner conflict
The deeper direction of this process is a shift from inner rigidity to flexibility, from automatic reaction to conscious choice.
My Intention
My intention is to support meaningful inner changes that increase clarity, emotional autonomy, and freedom.
When the nervous system no longer needs to defend itself constantly, states such as calm, clarity, and stability arise naturally. These are not goals to achieve, but outcomes of integration.
This work is not about perfection or transcendence, but about being present in your own life with greater self-respect.
Working Together
If this approach resonates with you, you are welcome to get in touch.
All that is needed is curiosity and openness to observing what is happening within you.
Working together is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what is ready to shift — with structure, care, and respect for your pace.
