• Clarity, relief, calm
Most people describe a state of deep relaxation after a session.
If before the session the mind was very active—due to daily worries, stress, or a fast-paced rhythm—afterward a sense of calm and inner stillness often appears. This brings greater clarity regarding the aspects we worked on. They become easier to understand and begin to make sense.
In many situations, a single session can bring this clarity and balance. In other cases—especially when we are working with relationships (with parents or partners) or with older fears—the process unfolds in several stages, across multiple sessions.
When the goal is to access and feel emotions such as joy, calm, or reconnection with oneself, one session may be sufficient.
• Emotions that may surface
When we work through a situation, it is natural for the emotions underlying that situation or discomfort to emerge. These may be emotions we have suppressed or ignored for a long time—sometimes to the point where we were no longer consciously aware of them.
During the session, we touch these emotions, and they surface only to the extent that you are ready. They may include sadness, anger, despair, passion, and more. Any emotion that has been inhibited due to environment, family, friends, or life experiences can come to the surface.
These emotions are part of the process of awareness and release.
• Integration after the session
After a session, it is recommended to give yourself some time. You may remain in a relaxed state, reflect on what you discovered, write in a journal, or simply rest.
It is not recommended to go immediately back to work or into a stressful or agitated environment. Instead, allow the information and insights to settle into your body and mind.
• The process continues between sessions
The work does not stop once the session ends. Between sessions, it is important to apply and observe what you have discovered. Old patterns tend to reappear because they have been practiced for years and have become familiar.
In the session, we become aware, process, and bring in a new perspective.
Between sessions, this perspective is applied step by step, creating healthier ways of reacting and experiencing life. In this way, change becomes more stable and integrated into everyday life.
If you feel that this type of process resonates with you, I invite you to take the first step.
You can schedule an individual session, or you can write to me so we can discuss what would suit you best at this moment.
