FAQ
What is the difference between the Initial Assessment Session and the Emotional Processing & Integration Sessions?
The Initial Assessment Session is focused on clarity. During this session, we explore emotional and relational patterns that repeat, reactions that show up frequently, and situations that currently influence your life. The goal is to gain an overview and identify what is most relevant to work on.
The Emotional Processing & Integration Sessions are focused on in-depth work. Once a clear theme is identified, we work in a more focused way to reach its root and process the associated emotions.
How do I know which type of session is right for me?
If things feel unclear, overwhelming, or you’re not sure where to begin, the Initial Assessment Session is usually the best starting point.
If you already have a clear theme — such as a recurring emotion, a block, or a relationship difficulty — you may begin directly with Emotional Processing & Integration Sessions.
Is the Initial Assessment Session mandatory?
No. The Initial Assessment Session is recommended when you need clarity and orientation, but it is not required if you already know what you want to work on.
What do I need to do during the session?
All you need to do is lie down in a quiet space, relax, and allow yourself to be open to what comes up.
There is no “right” or “wrong,” no “correct” or “incorrect.” You simply observe what happens and allow the process to unfold.
It is important to trust your body and your intuition.
What does “guidance” mean in the session?
Guidance means that I follow the direction needed to reach the root of the emotional block or theme we are working on.
I may suggest that you bring your attention to a sensation, emotion, or inner state related to the topic. From there, we explore the first moment when that experience appeared.
Depending on what emerges, the session may include:
· affirmations
· visualization
· techniques that support vital energy
Everything is adapted to your needs and to the process unfolding in the session.
What might I experience during the session?
It is important to trust what your subconscious brings to the surface.
Whatever arises is connected to the topic you are working on and is part of the process.
What might I experience after the session?
After the session, many people report:
· a sense of calm
· increased clarity
· emotional relief
· deep relaxation
How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions varies from person to person. The process is adapted to your rhythm and to what you are working on.
Who are these sessions suitable for?
These sessions are suitable for people who are open to observing themselves, understanding themselves more deeply, and actively engaging in their own process of change. They are for those who feel they want more clarity, emotional balance, and a healthier relationship with themselves and with others.
Who are these sessions not suitable for?
They are not for people looking for quick fixes or expecting change to happen without personal involvement. The process requires participation, openness, and a willingness to take concrete steps.
